- Physiotherapy Initial Assessments must be paid for in advance to secure your booking.
- Appointments can be re-scheduled up to 48h before your appointment time at no extra charge.
- Appointments can be re-scheduled between 24-48h before your appointment time, subject to a 50% fee.
- If you fail to attend or cancel within 24h of your appointment, you will be charged in full.
- Classes must be booked and paid for in advance and are non-refundable.
- Payment for classes is applied to the period for which you have booked (for example, if you have paid for January but do not attend, the payment cannot be used for February).
- Classes run throughout the year except for when the instructor is taking time off. There is usually no class on bank holidays and at Christmas.
- Classes are paid for in blocks. Pay as you go will be available in classes that have space for drop ins.
- Class places are limited. Places cannot be held in busy classes for those who do not pay in a block.
- Block payment rate for classes is £12 per class, PAYG is £15 per class
- Recordings can be made available if you miss a week.
- Please aim to arrive on time, classes always begin with a warm up which is designed to prepare your body for exercise and prevent injury.
- You must notify your teacher of any injuries or illnesses that may affect your ability to take part in class.
