I trained as a physiotherapist at Sheffield Hallam University, subsequently working in both the NHS and private practice. I currently have a clinic in nant Peris near Llanberis but also offer home visits and online appointments. I also occasionally see patients at Becon Climbing Centre and Indy Climbing Wall. I specialise in diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal problems such as sciatica, shoulder pain and tendinopathy. I work with a range of clients from office workers to triathletes and climbers.
After moving into private practice, I completed my training as a Pilates teacher through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute, the leading provider of Pilates training to physiotherapists. There is a strong link between Pilates and physiotherapy, and my job in both involves helping people to move and feel better.
