Physio-Led Pilates

My unique approach blends traditional Pilates exercises with physiotherapy, taking account of individual fitness levels and injuries. In this way, you can exercise safely whatever your level of experience, from beginner to advanced. Whether you are looking to reduce lower back pain, build strength following an injury or improve your performance, Pilates will benefit you.


One-to-one Pilates sessions are available either as a standalone service or as part of physiotherapy treatment packages, and can be combined with a home training programme so that you can continue your practice in between appointments. Sessions can be booked as a one-off, but most clients choose to come regularly to receive ongoing support.
