The clinic room is on the top floor. Come to the main Plas Y Brenin reception, turn left down the corridor and follow the signs for Physiotherapy.
Yes there is free on street parking at the front of the building and a large car park at the rear. There are two disabled bays at the front of the building.
The clinic is only accessible via stairs. If you require a room with level access, this can be arranged. Please contact us to book.
Yes there is a toilet next to the clinic room and other toilets are available on site.
This depends on your injury and what your goals are. During your initial assessment we will discuss our recommendations and come up with a treatment plan together.
Appointments cancelled up to 2 full working days (48h) (Mon-Fri) beforehand can be refunded or rescheduled at no extra charge. Appointments cancelled with 24-48h notice (Mon-Fri)can be rescheduled, subject to a 50% fee. If you fail to attend or cancel within 24h (one full working day Mon-Fri) of your appointment, you will be charged in full. Please note, messages received over the weekend will not be seen until Monday morning.
There are two disabled bays – one on the main road opposite reception and one in the bus parking area on the main road. If you park in the bus area, you can access the clinic through the side door – please contact us for the code.
