Pain on the inside or outside of your elbow is often the result of overuse. Whether you have a physically demanding job or you participate in a sport that relies heavily on your upper body, the injury is usually aggravated by activities involving gripping or lifting.

 

This is a common problem among climbers, cyclists and kayakers, who place a lot of demand on their arm joints, including the elbow.

I believe strongly in finding the root cause of your problem – if you just treat the symptoms, the problem will return.
